will accept the Lehigh Valley Gift Card, just like cash.
How do I know what amount of money is on my
card?
It is printed on your receipt each time you make a purchase at a participating
merchant or you can click on My Account
button on the left menu.
What do I do if I my card is lost or
stolen?
Please treat your Lehigh Valley Gift Card as you would cash. It cannot be
redeemed for cash and, if lost or stolen, or used without permission, it cannot
be replaced or the value replenished.
What do I do if I need to return or exchange an
item that I purchased with my Lehigh Valley Gift Card?
The participating merchants set all refund & exchange policies for their
individual business. Please contact that merchant directly.
When I purchase an item that costs more than
the balance on my Lehigh Valley Gift Card, how do I pay for the
amount not covered by the Lehigh Valley Gift Card?
The amount due may be paid with whatever the individual merchant accepts as a
form of payment (i.e. cash, check, credit card or debit card).
The back of my card reads that $2.50 will be
deducted from my balance after 12 months of non-use. What does that
mean?
There is an expense to maintaining the account for each gift card. To avoid
reducing the value of your card for non-use, simply start shopping once you
receive your Lehigh Valley Gift Card and use it on a regular basis.
How can I make sure the Lehigh Valley charity,
church or school group of my choice is one of the participating
local charities receiving part of the proceeds from the sale of a
Lehigh Valley Gift Card?

Your Lehigh Valley Gift Card has no expiration date.
